What I am doing now

1. Writing my customary posts for this site to end the year. Re-listening to music, compiling music. Using music as the great excuse to write freely.

2. Back in basketball season. Bought Damian Lillard’s latest signature shoe to replace the threadbare golden Flyknit Kobes that served me well for eight years.

3. Slowly expanding the Area project with Louise, walking next to her, following the new path she is finding and making up at the same time.

4. Building a house of stone, overlooking a river. A long, slow exercise in distracting myself from design work of other kinds, and the production of permanence.
